The Dripping Area Democrats (DAD) is a Political Action Committee located in Dripping Springs, Texas, and is registered with the Texas Ethics Commission.
Our Mission
- DAD Members believe in the ideals and values of the Democratic Party.
- We believe that democracy works best when people are allowed to participate, regardless of race, sex, gender identification, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, or disability, so that the needs of its citizens are met.
- DAD is a group of Dripping Springs area Democrats who are committed to electing good, principled, qualified Democratic candidates to office, from local to national levels; to holding our elected officials accountable; to advocating for political issues; and to providing community service.
- We believe that through our participation we can make a difference for the betterment of all in our community, state, and country.

DAD became a registered PAC in 2025. Our group was formerly the Dripping Springs Democratic Action (DSDA) club, which was founded in 2006.
