April 2025 – Founders Day
DAD had a booth on Mercer Street and registered 36 new voters. Thank you, Lucinda, for all you did to make this happen!
June 2025 – No Kings Day
DAD members energetically participated in the demonstration organized by the non-partisan Downtown Dripping Democracy Defenders (DDDD). 200 concerned voters showed up from Hays County and beyond.
July 2025 – John Lewis Day Car Parade
On this Saturday, the non-partisan Downtown Dripping Democracy Defenders demonstrated support for voting rights with a car parade traveling 3 circuits through the Drip!
August 2025- LBJ Birthday Bash
Over 500 Democrats from all over Hays County showed up at Dripping Springs Ranch Park for this annual fund raising event with tremendously inspiring speakers. The event raised $100,000 for the Hays County Democratic Party.
